July 7, 2012, Tokyo, Japan - Visitors to the main observatory of Tokyo Tower contemplates the LED lights that illuminate the place, lighting represent Orihime (the female figure), white lights represent Hikoboshi  (the male figure) and blue light the Milky Way in commemoration of the festival of Tanabata. The annual celebration of Tanabata in Japan and has been held since the Edo era. It celebrates the meeting of two lovers Orihime and Hikoboshi, according to legend the Milky Way separates these lovers, and may only meet once a year on the seventh day of the seventh month of calendar.
