The Japanese Doll Festival "Hinamatsuri", or Girls' Day, is held on March 3, the third day of the third month. This is a day to pray for young girl's healthy growth and happiness. Traditional dolls are displayed at home and Hinamatsuri ceremonies are organized in Kindergarten.
